Imerch Media, Inc ("Imerch Media, Inc," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
As part of the company's commitment to serve our clients, you must agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy as part of your employment agreement and contract. If you do not agree or have concerns, please reach out to HR and your supervisor.

We do not use your personal data for advertising purposes.

We will never sell your personal information to any third party for any purpose, including advertising and similar purposes.

Client Data
Client data is used for internal purposes and for client requested reports. It is not shared with third parties and other clients.
Section 05
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Account data is retained for the life of your account plus 30 days following deletion.
Anonymised usage data may be retained indefinitely for aggregate analysis. Crash logs are automatically purged after 90 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the Settings panel in any Imerch Media application, or by contacting us directly.

Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, strict access controls with least-privilege principles, and regular independent security audits.
While we take these precautions seriously, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Imerch Media account and to enable two-factor authentication where available.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable regulations.

Cookies & Tracking
Internal tools and applications do not use tracking cookies. The use of cookies, if any, is limited to strictly as aid application performance and user experience. An example is to save favorite features or disable some application features.

Philippine Data Privacy Act Compliance
Imerch Media, Inc is committed to full compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA) of the Philippines, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), as enforced by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
Personal Information Controller
Imerch Media, Inc acts as a Personal Information Controller (PIC) as defined under the DPA. We determine the purpose and means of processing your personal data and are accountable for ensuring that all processing activities are carried out in accordance with applicable law.
Lawful Basis for Processing
We process personal data only when there is a lawful basis to do so — including your consent, the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or the pursuit of our legitimate interests, provided these do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Data Subject Rights under the DPA
If you are a data subject located in the Philippines, you are entitled to the following rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:
Data Protection Officer
In accordance with the DPA and NPC guidelines, we have designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for ensuring compliance with data privacy laws and handling concerns raised by data subjects.
Imerch Compliance
Imerch Media, Inc does not collect personal data and information from its employees. In doing so, we do not share any personal data to third parties and our clients.
Complaints and the National Privacy Commission
If you believe your data privacy rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. The NPC can be reached at www.privacy.gov.ph.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Where your personal data is transferred outside of the Philippines, we ensure that adequate safeguards are in place consistent with the DPA and NPC Circular No. 16-01, including contractual arrangements that provide equivalent protection to that afforded under Philippine law.
